Tip #1: To hard-boil eggs, place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan; cover with cool water by 1 inch. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat; when the water has reached a boil, reduce heat to medium-high. Boil for 6 – 7 minutes. Remove from heat, pour out hot water and cover the eggs with ice-cold water. Let stand until cool enough to handle before peeling. Tip #2: To peel eggs with a spoon, watch this Mad Genious Tip.
