16 ounces mixed frozen vegetables
1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Spike
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1. Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions
2. In a meedium bowl, mix together the rest of the ingreients.
3. Sin in the cooked veggies.
4. Serve warm or cold on individual plates on a bed of lettuce.
